We hired Jilmark Construction as the general contractor to partially demolish and substantially renovate the building at 1450 McPhillips Street in 2013. The building was a former restaurant which was converted to serve as a full service branch of our credit union.

Our experience with Jilmark on this project can only be described as excellent. On-site supervision was provided by David Regehr-Wiens. David is a high energy individual with a persistent approach to problem solving. David also showed a willingness to roll up his sleeves to get things done when needed. We also appreciated the ongoing direct involvement of Jilmark's owner John Froese. John's involvement included attendance at regular site meetings to ensure the project remined on schedule and that any challenges were satisfactorily addressed.

In summary, the project had no unresolved issues, and the branch opened on-time and within budget expectations.
